PART I
CHAPTER 1: EVERY BEHAVIOR HAS A VOICE
CHAPTER 2: THE LANGUAGE BENEATH THE SURFACECHAPTER 3: YOU ARE PART OF THE MESSAGE

Across the three chapters of Part I (CHapters 1-3), we will build the foundation for everything that follows. We will explore why behavior is never random— why every action, no matter how confusing or destructive, carries a message that deserves to be decoded rather than dismissed. We will learn the grammar of behavioral communication — the four core messages that all behavior sends, and the emotional and neurological systems that produce them. And we will take an honest, courageous look at our own role in the behavioral dynamics we are trying to understand and change.
